Lis Wehl, born August 19, 1961 in America, is an author and the former legal expert of Fox News.
She was an adjunct professor in Law in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program along with the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning programs and is the host of the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She earned her bachelor's at Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor for the US Attorney's office. She worked as a correspondent for legal issues on the NPR program All Things Considered. She was "the deputy chief investigator for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." She was a law professor as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 through 2001. Wiehl was employed as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
